The X-Ray system can detects imperfections such as faulty caps, fill levels and impurities such as glass shards inside the bottle.
Our Vision Inspection Systems can be installed in line with exiting bottling/ canning lines for online detection and rejection.
Vision based systems can detect the following;
- Defects in caps
- Scratches or damages to bottles
- Impurities in FBI
- Fill Level; to name a few
